Dive into beadweaving with this beginning peyote stitch class! This stitch lends itself to patterns, improvisation, and all types of jewelry pieces. In this workshop, we will get grounded in the basic aspects of the stitch including tips and tricks, and explore different textures with different styles and sizes of seed beads, as time and curiosity allow.
This is skill-building workshop, not a make & take. Students have the opportunity to experiment the technique with alternative varieties of beads. We will discuss finishing techniques and try them out as time allows.
