Ordering Information

ORDERING INFORMATION

MINIMUM ORDER We’re all about getting those beads in your hands! Our minimum order is just $15. Orders below this amount won’t show the “submit order” button, but you can still place them via phone, fax, or email for a small handling fee of $4, plus shipping. If your order is over $15 and the button is playing hide-and-seek, call us at 1-800-950-4232, and we’ll sort it out!

RETURNS We want you to love every bead you get! If anything arrives damaged or goes missing, let us know within 48 hours by calling 1-800-950-4232 (press 1 for Customer Service) or emailing returns@shipwreckbeads.com. Have your invoice and item numbers handy, and we’ll get it sorted.

Returns are a breeze if:

  • Items are in their original packaging or stringing
  • They’re in the full quantity ordered
  • It’s within 30 days of receiving your order

Note: Books, videos, beading software, discontinued items, closeouts, or special orders can only be returned if they’re defective. Include your invoice with the return form for a speedy process.

SALES TAX INFORMATION

  • The local sales tax rate is 9.4%.
  • Washington State residents: Pay our local sales tax unless you have a resale certificate on file.
  • Out-of-state resellers: Sorry, your permits won’t work here in Washington State.
  • As of Jan 1, 2019, there’s no sales tax exemption for out-of-state residents. More details here.

BACK ORDERS & SUBSTITUTIONS We’re proud of our 92% fill rate! But sometimes, items might be temporarily out of stock.

  • Items not received are NOT on back order.

  • Need a substitution? Let us know exactly what you want, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • Prices and inventory can change daily. We’ll notify you within 24 hours of any changes.

CREDIT ON FILE Got a credit with us? You can apply it to your next order or request a refund check. Just let us know!

OPEN ACCOUNTS We offer 30-day net terms with approved credit. Fill out a credit application and fax it to 360-754-2510. For more info, contact our accounting department at 360-754-2323.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

  • We accept wire transfers, credit cards, and checks. Please pay in US funds.
  • Your order will be sent via the fastest and most economical method.
  • UPS, USPS, and FedEx are available for most destinations.
  • Allow extra time for customs clearance.
  • Orders are declared as “Beads for Craft Use” at full value.
